Thank you for shopping with She Sells Seashells VB! Every piece of artwork is handcrafted and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order includes a custom or personalized piece, processing time may vary. Any estimated production timeline will be communicated before your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size of your order and destination.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery times are typically 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Packaging
Each artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged to help protect it during transit. Because our artwork is handcrafted and often includes delicate natural seashells, we take extra care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders promptly, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible at email Marlena.lankford@gmail.com .
For damaged shipments, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error before your order ships, please contact us immediately so we can update your information.
